When her seraph side is more prominent than the other side, she is the prime example of obedience. However (much to everyone else's dismay) her hellion side tends to be more dominant, and as such is not so pleasant to be around. She has been noted to have no filter between her brain and her mouth, and her general mannerisms come across and rude and crude. This is where most of her rebelliousness comes from as well, and will have no second thoughts about telling whoever gives her orders to shove it, with no concern for the consequences. Some even speculate that she only acts this way because of sai consequences.

[attr="class","temptabinf2"]Kari stands at roughly 187cm tall and weighs in at about 63kg. She has long, platinum white hair that reaches the middle of her back, and icy blue eyes.
She generally gets around in a pair of black dress pants and a black button-up shirt to hide all of the ash and scorch marks that would otherwise be viable.

[attr="class","temptabinf3"]Kari was born into a middle-class Hellion family, who almost never paid attention to her. Rather, her parents would give their love and affection to her older brother, Kao, whom she grew to despise. At some point during her early childhood, Kari had set a small plant on fire in an attempt to garner some sort of attention from her family, however, she was only scolded by Kao once he spotted the flames. Kari hadn't understood the safety risks of starting fires inside, however, and believed that he didn't appreciate her flames. Afterward, Kari would create small fires in her room, fascinated by the small blazes. She was never found out by her parents or her brother for many years until one day Kao walked into her room unannounced, shocked to see his younger sibling crouched over yet another small fire. Once again, he scolded her for being so reckless with her pyrokinesis. As Kari turned to berate him back, she lost control over the blaze and her room was quickly engulfed in flames. By the time Kari had escaped the raging inferno, her home was already ablaze. She was the only one to make it out alive.
Uncaring that she had effectively killed her entire family, Kari took to living on the streets and stealing what she could in order to survive. She lived like this until someone had taken an interest in her abilities.
The actual process of the kidnapping is nothing more than a blur to Kari now, but the horrors she was exposed to afterward still remain clear in her mind. Seraph DNA was added to her genetics in order to make her more obedient, and she was also given the ability to create illusions.
Kari had quickly developed a minor fear of needles and any medical equipment and had also developed split personalities due to her clashing DNA.

[attr="class","temptabinf4"]Kari is actually half Korean (on her mother's side) and half Japanese (on her father's side) and was born in Korea, but her family adopted a more western name when they moved to England. As such, bother she and her brother are fluent in Japanese, Korean and English. Kari decided to take up Chinese later on and is also reasonably fluent in that as well.
