[/PTab]Main Abilities Power 1: Necromancy; Advanced. The ability to create undead beings by returning false life to corpses Rishe uses this ability from time to time. Usually it's to make people live long enough for Riku to get whatever powers or dna that he might need from someone. Occasionally he brings back a dead dog or cat. Power 2: Electrokinesis; Advanced. The ability to control electricity Most of the time he gives random shocks to people. Just to annoy them. Because it's fun to annoy everyone. He also uses it to short circuit XVI from time to time. Power 3: Shapeshifting; Advanced. The ability to change one's appearance at will This is his most used ability. He likes to change his appearance as much as he can, whenever he can. It definitely comes in handy when he has to infiltrate places to kidnap people. After all, who wouldn't trust an adorable little kid with the biggest, brightest, cutest, eyes? Pet Abilities Pet Powers; The abilities that Riku throws into all of his pets. Night Vision, Accelerated Regeneration, Power Detection, Minor Telepathy, Enhanced Reflexes, Senses, and Acrobatics. All of these were built into him. For the most part he is a rather typical pet when it comes to most of these abilities. He does regenerate a little faster than most other pets, and he is able to see the powers that other people have using his power detection, instead of just feeling what powers they have. [attr="class","temptabinf"]Rischzel has one of those kinds of personalities where you'll either hate him or love him. He's rather full of himself, especially towards the other pets. He feels like he's better than they are simply because he was created by Riku to be what he was. Also the fact that he knows he's gorgeous makes that ego go way up. He flirts with almost anything that walks.
People think that he's an airhead, that there's no real deep side to him. Maybe they're right. But he thinks of all that promiscuous behavior as finding a proper mate. Looking for the one that will make his heart soar. He is a romantic after all.
He's a very free spirited type of person. He will do anything that he wants, and he's so stubborn about most of those decisions, that people don't even bother trying to stop him anymore. He's also very open minded, but very open mouthed. He will voice his opinion about anything and everything, even if you don't want to hear about it. He also gets rather easily obsessed with things. Like his obsession with hating Luka. He will go out of his way just to hate him. Oh look pretty flowe- OMGS LUKA'S OVER THERE I'M GONNA GO GLARE AT HIM! Yeah. He's done that. Part of him knows that Luka must still exist somewhere, and he is determined to find him and drag him back by his little kitty ears.
It's not that he hates people, well, alright so he kind of does. But he really just loves to cause trouble, all the time. Sure it can get annoying, especially to the ones he lives with. Oh yeah, he's a rather spiteful person too. If he's talking to you and you decide not to listen, there will probably be snakes in your bed that night. Yup. Snakes.
Rishe is rather cunning from time to time, after all, it is his job to blend in as best as he can in order to get people to trust him in rather short amounts of time. He likes to toy with people, but not in the same violent sort of way that XVI does. He likes to figure out what makes people tick, to enhance his own abilities at mimicking human behavior. He is not easily frightened or insulted.
And speaking of XVI...
Rishe hates him. Almost as much as he hates Luka. But unfortunately he is more than well aware that XVI can kick his pretty little ass and string him up by his intestines somewhere. And that wouldn't be good. So as much as he hates the little bastard, he is rather afraid of him, and does his best to not piss him off. Other than Riku, XVI is the only one that Rishe is actually kind of afraid of.

[attr="class","temptabinf2"]His eyes are a really bright magenta color and almost always mischievous. His hair is a light tealish blue color and is really fluffy looking. Longer in the front than in the back, and sometimes he throws it up in a messy looking bun. Sometimes he even puts clips or ribbons in it. There are little gems underneath his right eye that change color as he's scanning through people's abilities, or if he's getting a little low on energy, they turn red. He is 6'0" and 172 pounds.
He usually wears a pinstripe white button down shirt with a black vest made of silk over that. He has black pants with belts around his thighs. He also wears a black collar and bunny ears from time to time. Yes, he wears bunny ears. He was jealous of Luka okay?

[attr="class","temptabinf3"]There isn't much history to Rishe's life. He was a project that Riku has been working on for the past 10 years. A pet project if you must. He developed him entirely from the DNA of a young Nephilim, who he captured and killed, studied, etc. Riku began to infuse his own DNA with that of the Nephilim, and eventually began dumping more and more of the different races into the DNA pool.
Eventually this is what came out of it. Rischzel. Perfection, at least in Riku's eyes. He was brought to life about six years ago. Once Riku had been removed from his original company, he had the ability and time to finish him. And finish him he did.
Riku made it so that Rischzel, unlike his other pets, would never disobey him. Unlike the other pets, which each have a metal chip in their head, Rischzel has something extra in his heart that will make it stop should he ever disobey Riku's orders or be gone for too long, as it needs to be recharged every 2-3 days.
Since he came into being, he has studied everything that Riku provided him. He wanted to make his "father" proud of him. But soon he began to hate one of his father's other pets. Luka. Oh, Luka was just naturally perfect at everything. And he hated that about him. Luka with those cute ears and flitty looking tail. So soon he started wearing a pair of black bunny ears around the lab and the house. When he was released into the world, he found himself to be a rather sensual being, he went about flirting with women, loving how they adored him and complimented him.
Now he just goes around doing whatever he pleases, causing trouble, flirting with the ladies. He does however, have an order that never ends. Find those with interesting or useful abilities and bring them home. How boring.

He paints his room a different color out of boredom every few days. He fears small dogs. One bit him once. So now he kicks them. He loves speaking in a British accent. It gets on Riku's nerves. And the ladies seem to love it. Makes him seem more innocent than he is. Rishe also knows many different languages and uses them quite often.
