[/PTab]Main Abilities Power 1: Umbralkinesis; Advanced. The ability to control shadows. She seems to have quite a handle on this, and uses it to move from place to place like XVI does, but she likes to plunge entire city blocks in total darkness, just to learn who would scream. Power 2: Fear Manipulation; Intermediate. The ability to read and project fears. This has to be her favorite ability, and she loves making people feel their worst fears coming to life. Power 2: Illusions; Intermediate. The ability to create illusions. She usually couples this with her fear manipulation, to really fuck people up Pet Abilities Pet Powers; The abilities that Riku throws into all of his pets. Night Vision, Accelerated Regeneration, Power Detection, Minor Telepathy, Enhanced Reflexes, Senses, and Acrobatics. These powers work a bit better in him than in other projects, as she was grown with them, like Rishe, XVI, and XIX. Pet Ability: Electrokinesis; Beginner The ability to control electricity. How many people can survive being shocked for long periods of time? At least, do so with some sort of clear mind? Not many. And she wants to personally be the one to test those limits. For science. Pet Ability: Hemomancy; Beginner The ability to manipulate blood. [attr="class","temptabinf"]Echo is fairly new to the world, and she is terribly curious about everything, but this does not mean she wants help or explanations from anyone, as she is a strong independent woman, or at least, she wants to be. She is usually terribly sarcastic, and is rather quick to anger, both of these seem to just be traits all the projects share. However, her mouth isn't nearly as bad as Ri or XVI, though there is an occasional fuck here or there. She doesn't seem to be able to make any sort of emotional connections to anyone or anything, and perhaps, she is a true psychopath. She doesn't really seem to make friends, or want them. And she doesn't really like any of the other pets. Not that she wants to be top dog or anything, she just hates everyone and wants to squash them all in their sleep.

[attr="class","temptabinf2"]Echo is 5'2", just to piss XVI off, she had to be taller than him. She has fairly long, super dark brown hair. It is basically black, except for when the sun hits it just right. She usually keeps it in bows of some sort, either red or lavender, but there are days where she just lets it hang all the way down her back. Her eyes are generally gold, and occasionally glow yellow, but they do fade to an orange color as well every now and then. No one is really sure why, as it doesn't seem to go based off of mood or what powers she's using at the time. When it's dark, she seems to give off a light violet or red glow. All other times she seems to create an absence of light around her. Her skin is actually fairly dark compared to the other projects.
Echo usually is found wearing a skimpy little black dress. It's fairly boring really, but she likes it, so that's all that really matters. She also has a white, red, and black(darkblue?) kitsune mask, which she wears when she is in a violent sort of mood, along with her "killing kimono" as Kaiydhin has so aptly named it. The kimono itself is a dark gray, with lavender trimming, and a giant yellow-orange sash tied into a giant bow. With this, she usually wears red and wooden Japanese style sandals. Around her left foot, there is a belt looking ankle bracelet, too keep track of her.

[attr="class","temptabinf3"]There isn't much to say about Echo's history, as she hasn't been around too terribly long. Kaiydhin and Jusis had decided that since Ai was becoming a problem with XIX that they might as well try and make the final project live. And to their surprise, she was semi stable, and quite progressive. She is still in a testing stage, and was only really brought to life a few months ago or so.
