Power 1: Empathy, intermediate

The ability to feel and control the emotions of others

Ren didn't actually discover this power until just over a year after it had manifested. He doesn't like to use it often, however he has been known to lose control of it in the past, so he tries to keep his emotions in check as much as possible.

Power 2: Astral Projection, beginner

The ability to separate oneself from their body for a period of time

This is a power that Ren basically never uses. He finds it a little nauseating, and almost traumatising, so he tries to avoid losing control of this one.   

Ren stands somewhere between 178 and 180cm and weighs around 60kg. His hair is actually rather long, so he keeps it in a pony tail, and he has light red, almost pink eyes.
His attire can vary depending on the occasion and the weather, though, he usually just wears a black short-sleeved shirt beneath a black leather jacket and long black jeans.

Ren is a people person. He loves to be around people at all hours of the day, though that doesn't mean that he hates being alone, either. If he's been around others for too long, he can become quite irritable, and not subtly, either. Because of this, he tries to balance his social life with his own personal life, not only so he doesn't become London's most hated man, but also so he doesn't lose control of his empathy.
All-in-all, he is a kind and thoughtful person who isn't afraid to have fun.
He prides himself on his musical abilities, and refuses to go more than a day without practising.  

Ren was born in London, to a Korean father -- Chulsoon -- and a Japanese mother -- Kanna --. He had been brought up around music for a vast majority of his life, and was always encouraged to learn a musical instrument, so he decided to take up the guitar. 
Ren lived a comfortable life, passing school, receiving undivided love and affection from his parents, and improving his musical abilities. That was, until the death of his father.
He had been caught in a car accident on his way home from work late at night. Naturally, he and Kanna were devastated when they received the news, though Ren refused to let it affect him outwardly.
A few years later, he and Kanna recovered from the incident, and life went back to normal. 
Ren started working as a composer, as well as a freelance musician, taking up work wherever he was wanted. He also studies music at university.
